Muffin Tin Monday - People and Faces

Monday, August 24, 2009

Yay! I made another themed Muffin Tin Monday! It's getting a little sad for me as it's one of the last muffin tins that my son will be able to participate in - of course, I think we might move it to Sundays instead if I can get my act together.

This theme was people and faces. So, I had them make their own people with the really cute muffin tin holders I got in my muffin tin swap - thanks again Monica!
Contents: 2 balls of rice in a foot muffin tin, hot dog slices, peanuts, carrot slices, grapes, corn and edamame.

Lyssie jumped right in and started eating the food. She couldn't be bothered with playing with it first. Robbie decorated his guy a little bit.

Unfortunately, I used left over rice... so it doesn't stick together as well as fresh rice and when he went to put corn hair in, it started to crumble on him. He didn't care as there was a whole story that went along with his person's tragic end.

Another fun Muffin Tin! Be sure to check out the others over at Her Cup Overfloweth!

Love it! And we don't always do it on Mondays, either, so you can still participate!
