More Christmas "Cookies"

Okay, so this last batch of treats aren't really cookies - but they are yummy! My favorite part of these is that they are super simple to make. Thanks to Julia from Entangles... she's the one that told me how to make these little gems.
Chocolate pretzel sticks that we covered with crushed peppermint candies, chopped walnuts, colorful sprinkles, toffee crumbles, and chocolate sprinkles. I hope to also make these with the vanilla chocolate (?) dip that I picked up. We also used the short (3-4 inches) pretzel sticks rather than the long ones. I wanted it to be something that I could eat quickly without the kids catching me :)
I could have done a tutorial for you, but really, it's too simple even for a tutorial. I just used a chocolate that is used for dipping and microwaved it according to the instructions on the package. Using a spatula, I smeared the bottom part of the pretzel with chocolate. I then spooned the topping all over the chocolate (over a bowl to catch any excess). They I put them on a rack to dry. They don't take long to set up - and just an FYI - they are still yummy even if you eat them before they set up :)
We will be including some of these in the gifts we will be giving for Christmas.
