Muffin Tin Monday

Ah - a three day weekend! This means that my husband did Muffin Tin Monday. Yay! He does such a nice job. And the kids ate it up!
Contents: Homemade pizza, mozzarella cheese, more pizza, edamame, pepperoni and wheat crackers.
Over the weekend, my son and I made our own tomato sauce with tomatoes, basil, carrots and zucchini from the garden. It was fun. They used it on their pizzas, we used it on some tasty meatball sandwiches. Yummy! And some great mom/son time.
