Muffin Tin Monday - Circus

This is a bit late - and I even did the Muffin Tin on Sunday thinking I'd get a jump start on the post. Ha! Nothing ever works out that way for me.

I don't know if you do Muffin Tin Mondays... but they are a lot of fun. And they seem to be a great way to get a kid to eat something they wouldn't normally. The Muffin Tin Mondays are hosted by Michelle at Her Cup Overfloweth. This week's theme was Circus.

Contents: Almonds, carrot sticks (steamed), grapes (with toothpick animals in them), peanuts, corn and cheese and cracker stars. We topped it off with a rhino sandwich wearing a cheese tutu.

I used the cupcake holders with feet at the bottom of the muffin tin - worked like a charm! It elevated it a little bit which made it kind of fun, the feet sticking out were funny and I thought it fit the circus theme.
