Muffin Tin Monday - Green!

This week's theme is Green for St Patrick's Day tomorrow! I'm not sure how much of this tin the kids will eat... they do eat most of these things - just not all at once. I have to admit... a whole bunch of green (and brown) doesn't look real appetizing. Visit Her Cup Overfloweth for more green tins!

Contents: Quesadilla made with spinach tortillas, split pea soup, sauteed green beans, green and white tortellini and pasta salad with Parmesan cheese (couldn't find the pesto sauce), jello with a grape shamrock inside it and pistachios.

A special thank you to my husband for doing shopping this morning so that we could have a themed tin. He did a great job shopping for green food.
