Scrapdown Progress
Thursday, February 5, 2009
First of all, I've finally updated the blog with links to a the other participants that have a blog. It's on the right column under the list of tutorials -----> I've also added the link to the Flickr account where we are posting our progress.
I've been making decent progress on mine. The problem is that photos of the progress just look like the same thing I had several days ago. But, I finally ironed the large stack that had been sitting for several days and I now have a new one waiting. Once I am done ironing those, I'll have 240 pieces. I am a bit annoyed with my self that I didn't could them as I received them... so it's a mystery from day to day if I'm going to get any more. I think there might be one more. I also added a few of my own scraps to replace the ones that I couldn't use for one reason or another.
I'm hoping by the end of the weekend I'll be laying them out so I can finally get an idea of what it will look like... hope I like it :)
This weekend I have a Valentine Craft Show that I'll be selling in. It's located in Federal Way, so if you are local - come out to see me! The link on the top left of my blog will give you more details.
And last, I normally try to keep each post about just one thing so they are easier for me to find later, but I did want to share that I have a decent (not really) birthday yesterday - I also decided that today was my "real" birthday and this one is going great! Thank you to my fun, crafty friends for making yesterday bearable and thank you to my husband for making today so much better.
