Muffin Tin Monday

Another Muffin Tin! This one was done on Sunday, however. With UCU nearing, I'm trying to be proactive about all the things I've piled into our schedule. Thankfully, my mother-in-law will be in town on Thursday so I'm hoping any last minute UCU frenzy will be a bit easier on Friday with an extra set of hands to help out with the kids.

Anyhow, on to our muffin tin. It was well received by both kids - but not completely eaten. They each had their own favorites.

Contents: Ham (from Thanksgiving), rice, letter pasta with feta (Lyssie's had Parmesan), corn, tofu and homemade apple sauce.

Lyssie actually has an intolerance to many fruits - apple being one of the worse. But, I gave her a scoop anyhow. She passed on it - not even trying it. Probably best.

And on with the rest of the week! I'll be sharing another Haiku later this week (was given a bit of an extension on last weeks), a tutorial on some ornaments I made for the Crafty Crow ornament exchange... and perhaps a few peaks at my UCU preparations.
