Blog Make-over???

So, I was thrilled a while back to get three columns on my blog. It's been great! But, I'm really bored with it again and I'd love to see more color on it - but organized color. So, I'm thinking I might need a professional as it took me nearly a month to get that third column.
Does anyone want to give me some recommendations for someone who can do a blog-makeover? I have some ideas of what I'd like, so I need someone willing to work with me - rather than someone that just has templates.
I know, with all that I have on my plate... this really is the last thing I should be thinking about. But I do work on my blog nearly everyday... so it's on my mind a lot. I'd love to at least get the ball rolling.
