Bento #3

Yesterday, Robbie's play date was cancelled... and he was a bit bummed. So when I was making their lunch, I decided to make a bento lunch and take the kids somewhere to have a picnic. They were excited about the lunch, but less enthusiastic about going somewhere. So, they took their lunch outside for a picnic on the deck. Who am I to rain on their parade?

Top : Butterfly jelly sandwich (I have vowed that the next bento lunch will not include a jelly sandwich - I'm getting tired of them if the kids aren't), Honey Roasted peanuts & Oriental trail mix.

Bottom: Carrots & grapes

Again, they ate just about everything - and Lyssie was instantly drawn to the carrots again. Go figure!
