Muffin Tin Monday - Christmas Shapes

Monday, December 15, 2008

This muffin tin challenge - Christmas Shapes - was a fun one. I went the way of the felt board as there were far too many Christmas shapes for me to choose from. So I opted for everyday shapes so the kids could build their own Christmas shapes. It was a big hit and it got my daughter eating everything because she need to eat her creation before she could make another. Brilliant!

Yes, we are still in our pajamas. Robbie didn't go to school today due to the ice that surrounds our house - so he declared it a pajama day. Who am I to argue?
Toasted bread triangles; grape circles, cheese squares, pepperoni circles, raisin circles, veggie stick lines, string cheese lines.

Robbie and Alyssa both made reindeers for their first ones. So cute! The designs that followed the reindeer became much more jumbled as I think it became a game of use what you want to eat first :)
