Life is good

So, just a quick update on my busy weekend. The first day of UCU was yesterday - and it went very well. We were busy and my items were well received. I'm looking forward to today - and I'll get to spend some time with Julia as she'll be helping me in my booth while Kasey goes to work.

I received my first Christmas present this weekend from my mother-in-law (and father-in-law) and I couldn't have been happier with it! I blogged about this cupcake stand a while back and it was one thing that I had really wanted - but couldn't quite justify buying it for myself. Watch for pictures of it in use - I think I'll be making Christmas cupcakes and my daughter's birthday party will definitely utilize it as well.

There is also the possibility that after the 1st of the year, you might see my NueToMe dresses in a local Seattle shop!

It's been a great weekend already... and I'm looking for a fun Sunday. If you are local, be sure to stop by the Urban Craft Uprising today. The artists there are phenomenal and I'm thankful to be in their company.

Oh! And you could win one of my Robin Hood hats! Check it out here!

doesn't surprise me at all that a retailer wants to carry those adorable dresses. If you are looking for other retailers try Retroactive Kids in Columbia City. Your dresses would fit in perfectly there. They were very easy to work with too (NOT all stores are) - consignment checks mailed to you (don't have to pick up) on time, great merchandising and they sell a lot of stuff!

Glad UCU was so great!
