Back to my roots

This past week, I've been in what we like to refer to as a "funk". I just haven't been able to bring myself to do much of anything that's productive. Well, they might be productive... but they aren't pressing. For example, purging the pantry when I have a show coming up in a week and not much inventory.

Or, drawing when I should be sewing, posting, cleaning... pretty much anything but drawing. But I have to admit, it's been fun to get back to where I started. My first love has always been drawing. My own interpretation of everyday things. I guess I do that with my sewing... but it's much more labor intensive to cut, pin, and sew. Drawing, I just have to pick up a pencil or pen - grab some paper and I'm good to go!
Anyhow, I'm not sure what I'm going to do with my latest creations. There certainly are a lot of them. Initially I started drawing them because I wanted to give the ACEO a try... but then like anything else, I get started and I just can't stop.
