Time... where do you find it?

I have been very inspired by all the sites I've visited on Etsy while I have been promoting World of Whimm. But where do these people find time to not only spend hours a day on the computer promoting their site, but also the time to make the items they are promoting? I don't get it.

Today, my day has looked something like this... I got out of bed and saw my husband off to work. Then while the kids were finishing their marathon meal (breakfast), I sat down at the computer and responded to email. In the following serveral hours, I managed to promote the site for probably a total of half an hour. While my daughter slept, I worked on one of my latest pixie costumes. I think I managed to attach two sheets of tulle... not a whole lot. Now, she is awake. I am currently going between the computer and the table helping my son with a puzzle and holding my daughter while I type this blog.

Where do these people find the time?
